Change default outside camera?

Can you change the position/view of the default outside camera in FS19 on a PC? If how how?

Yes, with GE you can for sure.

I need a little additional advice/help. I have the Editor. Is there an existing file I need to modify, if so what?
Or do I need to create a new file.
I don't see any camera files.
Any help would be appreciated. I'm really getting tired of changing the outside view every time I go from one vehicle to the next.

Thanks. I'll try that, but I think it changes back to default when going the the next vehicle.

Its a global mod that disables all camera collisions across the board. (Except with the ground)
