I think you might be on to something, especially if Versatile is the new brand:

Support for DX12 is great. Xbox consoles will benefit from that, not sure about PlayStation given that it doesn't run Windows. That said, I'm excited for it. As a guy who runs tracked tractors, I'm really hoping for 3D tracks on all of them, not just a few. The days of 2D tracks has to end.

There's a potato farming equipment manufacturer in PEI, Canada that featured in the news about a year or so back here in Canada regarding their excitement at getting into the Farming Simulator game. Since that never happened (yet) and we got the GRIMME equipment I'm thinking that might be one of the new brands and equipment in FS22.

I'm actually finding it hysterically funny at how many people are commenting how bad FS22 is. Forums, YT comments, Reddit, FB pages, and Discord channels are full of it.
I understand everyone is entitled to their opinion. But seriously, there's a 15 second (CGI) trailer, a blog post, a podcast, and half a dozen photos released.
If I asked these folks to pick my lottery numbers between 1-49, maybe they'd pick me the winning 7 numbers for Wednesday, please, and thank you.
