Which do you think are the best sounding tractors ingame?
I think ive just found my new favourite sounding beasty. The massey ferguson 7370(brazil). Wow it sounds awesome. One of those mods i downloaded ages ago but never got round to using. If you havent had a listen give it a go. So which are your favourite sounding ones?

Of the tractors I have used,
NEFG's Steigers. I think the turbo sound on these are amazing.
J.A Moddings John Deere 8000's. Having these things in the field with the pto going and under load, there is nothing like them. Additional points for the cold start sound.
Either version of the Fiatagri 180-90. There are two seperate mods on the ModHub. They are distinct from each other, but they are both real nice.
And there is another John Deere. I can't remember which one it is exactly. It's been a few months since I used it.

This is a great topic- I get that in the "real" the sound of a vehicle might be irrelevant, but in-game it is a make-or-break part of the experience. I'm not going to spend hours listening to a tractor or other vehicle that sounds like a 55 gallon drum full of parts being rolled down a hill. I'm running a pair of KF's Steigers and blauea's Puma, and they sound great. The Steigers are total overkill, but I grin like a kid when I start one up. I hate to admit this, but I uninstalled a certain very popular recent truck mod because the sound drove me nuts. While not a tractor, the X9 sounds great, too.

JHHG Modding's 747. Nailed the Detroit sound. I don't use it, but I sure do like to take it for a test drive every once in a while.
Some others that come to mind are the John Deere 4755-4955's by AAA Modding and Karl Farm's AFS Steigers.
Also, the Pheonix and TLX trucks sound amazing. I just get in those and drive around while my workers are in the field.
Now (since we're talking about it), the vanilla 8R/RT's are the WORST sounding tractors of all time. And the sound keeps getting reused in every single 8R/RT/RX mod. It's also used in Custom Modding's 9RT. Sounds like a fan funning and you pour paper shreds in it. It's cringe-inducing.

I'd say the Massey Ferguson 135 by Peter J takes the cake for me. The Deutz Allis 9100 from Julian F modding is also another good sounding rig. It sounds like the Giants deutz agrostar at idle, but when it winds up it sounds sweet. Another set of tractors that sound pretty good is the Deutz D8006-D13006, I like them and I like the cabin, although if they had a roll "frame" like the canvas fritzmeier cabin it would be even better.
G'day from Australia
Fiatagri, the Italian stallion

- Ford TW35
- Massey Ferguson 148
- New Holland 110-90
- Claas Dominator 88s
The farm focuses on Milk production, with cereals, grass silage and potato’s on the side for some extra income, whilst running a multitude of modern classics.

My biggest gripe about certain tractor sounds has to be the JD 6m and 6r, if I buy one or the other I'll end up selling it soon after because the sound dives me nuts lol, it's a shame really because both are such nice mods an very well detailed but the sound puts me off everytime.

I wish I was able to add a meaningful comment as all the tractors sound the same to me. But then I have a serious hearing problem and I would have to have the sound so loud the neighbors as well as my wife would complain.
