Could these be possible options for fs22?

Due to my flitting between fs17 and fs19 i wondered about a possible idea. I have no idea how modding works but something i noticed is that on fs19 there are lots more animations ie moving pedals, more ic in terms of opening doors and windows. I guess this partially attributes to larger slot counts than on fs17. Would it be possible to create mods that can offer the option to turn these controls on or off with a trade-off of slot counts. As much as i like moving pedals, opening doors windows etc they personally are superfluous as they niether enhance or stifle gameplay for me personally. To me they seem benificial to youtube roleplayers but for myself playing on my own they offer no benefit. My question is, as somebody with no knowledge of how modding works, would this be possible?
