Nice post! I was wondering how the new console would do with the game. In the meantime I switched over to a really crappy PC just because the logging options and remapping the controls, and the graphics of the Xbox were always trying to lure me back. Finally I decided to just buy a better PC and went with a 3060ti graphics card and a 7core Ryzen processor that does around 3.8 ghz. I know this will run fs19 nicely and I'm just hoping it will run fs22 at max settings as well. Haven't seen any info from giants tho about it really so hopefully it will be enough.

I ran the numbers, and it checks out as being a 24x (Peace River, BC is the map btw)
What numbers are you running? I dont see how a 24x is possible, from my understanding the map has to remain square and you cant arrange 24 standard size maps in a square

His next statement explained it better. It is 16x but they built outside the map like millennial farmers map had, so if you count that area it would be like a 24x but the only usable parts are a 16x.
1300 acre farm, finish out just about 10,000 hogs a year, 200 cattle, and xbox one and pc user.

Yeah a PC will defo still be the best option, but this Series X is mental. I have tonnes more mods installed and it’s like 20/30 seconds from Xbox homepage to sitting in a tractor, it even does quick resume in economy mode so you can just turn on and rejoin the game.

One thing I have noticed being on the Series X is that FS19 looks better with HDR10 turned off.

With HDR10 on, most of the colors seem slightly dull, almost washed out, except for the reds, which are over saturated. The picture is still super crisp, but the colors almost make it look hazy.

I'm Interested to see if FS22 is optimized for HDR10 display.

Is that a screen setting or console setting? ive got a Dell 4K monitor and if im honest ive just plugged it in and used it, its been calibrated out of the factory for photo editing so I don't want to mess about with the picture settings really.

It's a Console setting, and I've noticed it's hit or miss with Xbox One games, a couple I have look brilliant with HDR10 on, and a few look hazy.
Can't wait to try it with some Series X/S games.
