Never configure 82s Versatile Gooseneck trailer while attached

Post by ASOLANDRI »

Ok, so heres a long story. Just a few days ago I decided to customize the Versatile Gooseneck trailer the one by 82Studio. However I left it attached and customized it. However I couldn't even attach it so I drove forward and went to reverse to attach it. However the moment I attach it, it decided to fly across all over the map. "Ok so no worries maybe I'll reset it." I detached it and landed to the ground and I reset it. However the next time I tried to attach the same thing, and Guess what... same glitch! So ended up flying and after a few seconds, the game thinks I'm in the water now. Now I lost my truck worth of 14.4 Engine Hours. *thumbsdown* :frown: Oh yeah one more thing! When I tried to buy the Versatile Gooseneck Trailer It still wasn't here, So I sold it and bought the same thing same issue!
Long Story Short: If you want to customize the 82s Versatile Gooseneck trailer. Never customize it while attached to any vehicles.
Also sorry for the long story.

I just run into way too many issues using that gooseneck, I stopped trying to work with it.

It means to customize a vehicle or implement

That's what I thought but wanted to make sure. I always drop attachments if I have to make a change but that's only if I messed up the initial purchase. Thinking about this, did you by chance change from gooseneck to bumper pull or vice versa? I could see how that instant swap could throw things into chaos.

I wasnt sure if you meant configure options or the options when using it in the field with the ramps or setting up the standards for logs. Like I said I dont change much on implements, I sell and re purchase a new unit set up how I need . It's just a rule I have lol
