GEO recommendation for Bucks County, PA

Post by ASOLANDRI »

Is there any recommended GEOS for Bucks County, PA? I couldn't even find in the modhub unfortunately...

A help is appreciated! *thumbsup*

It has a GEO built-in. As it has custom crops added to the map, using another GEO could actually mess something up.

As a rule of thumb, in general, if there are custom crops built into the map, there will be a built-in GEO.

I don't see that the mod description stating that map has more crops. Can you try to send a image to see if there are extra crops? :hmm:

Sorry about that. The version I have pre-dates what is on the official Modhub, and I see the Modhub version does not have extra crops. I apologize for the confusion. Unfortunately, as the map maker closed his Facebook page, I don't know where the version I have can be found.

Doing a bit of Googling I saw the Indiana and Amish Country GEO's have been said to be similar to the climate of that part of PA.

My Amish Country GEO is actually based off an area fairly close to Buck's County, about an hour and a half away.

As said above, the Amish Country GEO is a good fit. There is also a few generic "East Coast US" GEO's, and there may be a Pennsylvania GEO floating around somewhere. Hope you enjoy that map. Myself and a friend get tons of enjoyment out of it!

The modhub version of Bucks County does have its own Seasons stuff built in. But only for visuals and weather.
So another GEO should not create crop/growth related problems.
Maybe just the weather might be not working correctly.
