For me it depends on the time of day when I log into the in game modhub. If I try and log in between 1200-1800 EST speed and ease of access can be very slow. If I'm logging in later in the evening it seems to be pretty quick most of the time. I"m guessing it has to do with the number of people logging in.
Yup someday ago the download speed was quick (It was around 15:00 CST (3:00 PM))

The tractor tabs always seem to work well. But the tabs that have a lot of items like "objects" and "farm buildings", It's always incredibly slow. My guess is that the slowness is directly related to the number of items there are in each tab.
