As njuska11 said there are auto-generated English subtitles.

According to one GIANTS employees they're not one of GIANTS though - they're one of the German "influencers" or "media partners". They're probably local so doing the interview on behalf of GIANTS (given they have a GIANTS-branded mic).

I had assumed he was part of GIANTS too since I recognised him. I think they've done commentary with Lars on the German streams of FSL, so caught their stream briefly once or twice a year or two back when I was looking for the English stream.
