Kind of a let down for me that there are no descriptions on the achievements. I like to have a planned goal sometimes on a save to get an achievement unlocked. With that being said, has anyone figured out what the requirements are for some of the different achievements?

Unfortunately not. Even if you unlock one, it does not tell you why you unlocked it.

But most of them are the usual stuff like:
- seed/plant a certain area
- cut a tree
- do a contract
- finding all collectables on a map
- ...

I thought this at first, but I actually kind of like it. They're like little riddles, and most of them you can figure out. Like all the ones with the clasped hands, completing contracts; the wrench and screwdriver, fixing vehicles; "Rock on", removing stones from a field; "It's never too late to farm"... I don't have a clue. Some of them are definitely pretty obtuse. I'll probably just check the wiki or here in the future once I've hit all the "natural progression" ones like cultivating, harvesting, contracts, etc.

Yeah I would have never guessed to get the rabbit jumping one, what you have to do...

You can find out online easily.
Harvest, cultivate, sownand fertilise 1hectare and 100 hectare. Ride a horse for 90km drive articulate truck for 50km. Breed chicken, sheep, cow and pig. Never too late to farm set your PS4 or whatever you play on forward a year and go into your save and then you can set the time right again. 3 of them are to find all collectables on the 3 maps

I would do that one but the jump animation looks atrocious lol
