Unable to record clips on series x

When i try to record my 60 second clips i just get a static picture, but can hear sound ? ive never seen this before in all the games ive played, have they blocked the ability to record video on the xbox ?

You would probably have to contact Xbox support to find out. I would think Giants would have no say in that feature.
