My observations of fine tuning needed

Truck wheelspin needs reducing. My truck wheelspins everywhere.
Gradient effect is too severe. My Fendt 9T slows to 3mph on gentle slope.
Cab volume is too low compared to outside volume.
Cultivating contracts pay too little, not worth doing.
Expected yield from harvesting contract is often more than the field actually yields.
Traffic AI is bleh!
