Ground texture gone

On PS4. Loaded up my 40 hour save on french map and all the ground is shiny black. I've tried turning off and on fee times and it's still the same

Have you added any new mods? Could be a glitch with one of them.

I had this same issue, also on PS4. It was my main save! I restarted the console and everything but it remained the same. Then the next day I fired it up again and everything was back to normal. No idea why, but it seems fine now.
