Quadtrac returning and a few others - Another Fact sheet

I was rather surprised to check the main page and find out there is a new set of fact sheets out for this Friday Dec 3. It look like the Case IH Quadtrac is returning along with a few other items including a snowblower;

Snowblower would be great if the snow stuck around and didn't melt right away.

The million dollar question is are these factsheets for FS22 Vanilla or a preview for the Seasons Pass?

I imagine these will be released as mods. Locking a literal icon of the franchise behind a DLC paywall would certainly upset a lot of people.

Yes I think you are correct. I know I would be very upset if the entire franchise was locked behind a DLC paywall. I purchased my seasons pass with the expectation that it would be for new material, and no be repaying for something we had in previous games that didn't make it into this version because of time constraints.

Lot's of mods released today but sadly no Quatrac or other items from the fact sheet. The other thing is I keep looking at that snow blower and really really hope they introduce snow plowing/blowing contracts so we can have a little more to do in the winter months. The bees are all hibernating right now, so apart from the greenhouses I don't have much to do. Will be adding chickens to the farm soon, so that'll be one extra to do in winter.

Three of the four fact sheet items are entirely new to the game (as far as I know) and even the Quadtrac itself is newly updated to reflect the current AFS Connect models. So, I’m wondering if these new fact sheets are about teasing DLC Pack #1, particularly in light of the Giants mods released today.

Doubtful. There's usually a big announcement or teaser trailer before fact sheets start rolling out for DLC

Well there were another set of fact sheets release today (Dec 10) and they contain several new items. As this is the second week in a row of fact sheet, I believe Giants are indeed teasing the upcoming DLC pack which is set for either the end of this year (not long to go) or spring of 2022. If it is indeed the new DLC it does indeed look like we'll be paying to get the Quadtrac back in the game. I'm sure this will be a big disappointment for a lot of players.

I would take a New Holland T 9.7 with LSW Tires any day of the week over a quad trac. Just my opinion.
