Saitek side panel config problem FS22

So after returning to fs after a break i quickly plugged my SP in and fired up fs22.
Looked like settings were setup n all but im encountering odd behavior.

Problem 1:
When using a crane its default behavior is up and down on joystick = mowing cran arm from folded in from deployment to max unfold and arm extension i have no fine controls. And reverse.

Problem 2:
Thinking this was config issue i deleted all settings for keybinds saved config and started programming ONLY vehicle crane bindings.
When then testing it does not use the said bindings but in fact have same behavior from problem 1, and i can still move camera if I switch to red mode from blue. Furthermore other mechanisms work too in other vehicles like wheel loader / forklift etc.

Problem 3:
Deciding to delete all binds to the panel results in the fact that it still works like in problem 1 to my great confusion which is already urked from issue 2…

What the ghost ?

Any suggestions on how i fix this interesting issue

For first, check to see if you have simplified/easy crane control enabeled in settings
