Moving Animals

Good evening,
I play on Xbox with no mods.

I am looking at expanding my cow barn and sheep pen to the largest size. My question is once I have placed th3 new barn etc Cani move the animals from the existing barn to the new barn? Or do I need to sell all of the cows and sheep and start again?

You can move them, you just need an animal trailer. I think there are 2 or 3 in game if you aren’t using mods. Just back the trailer up to the animal trigger on the pen, open the animal menu (r3?) and move them into the trailer. Then do the same at the new pen and move them back into there.
