Game keeps crashing. Xbox 1

Is anyone on Xbox one having issues with the game either freezing or the game just exits you to the home screen? I didn’t have any issues until after the last update just around Christmas. It happens pretty random on me but typically will freeze when I’m going to a different vehicle or exiting the vehicle.

Have you installed any mods before this happened?

I'm on a series x and have had no issues since release try hard resetting your console to clear the caches
