Strange sound during playing FS22

This may sound like a stupid question but what is the "toot toot" sound which is heard occasionally while playing FS22? I have noticed that it also sounds in videos on YouTube where some of the popular presenters (Daggerwin, Mrsealyp etc) so it does appear to be built into the game. Also, can you turn it off?
