Giants have dropped an Update for Precision Farming on the ModHub this morning. I'm going to test straight away if the Contracts have been fixed with this version. It definitely seems connected to saves where you have started from scratch and never owned any land, like when doing a contractor playthrough.

Bug looks to be fixed in the latest Game and Precision Farming Update. Was able to complete a Harvest Contract on the test save I had where I encountered the issue before and was also able to do so without disabling any other mods.
