Possable explination for the random stutters

Found this on the AMD site that fTPM can cause random stutters on PC's with Ryzen chips. AMD hope to release a BIOS update in May.
I am hoping this will solve my random in game stutters. :hmm:

Im getting these to... i get well over 80-90 fps and still it feels like it stutters...! i have Ryzen 3600x

Funny I'm getting stutters on Haut Bayleron but not on Elm Creek and I have a ton more stuff going on on Elm Creek that Haut Bayleron. Running a Ryzen 3700X.
Have been playing FS since FS 2011 came out and still going strong. *thumbsup*
