I'm on a new game in Osada, which I love. I bought a small field to have a go at either olives or grapes as I haven't tried them yet. Yes I know Poland is not famous for it's olive groves or vineyards but hey, it's my game
I have seasonal growth on and currently I'm set to one day months.
In September I planted oilseed radish in my future olive grove thinking that it would slowly grow over the winter, I would incorporate into the ground in Spring and then look at planting my olives. However, as we ticked over into October, my oilseed radish is now showing as ready to harvest. Do I cultivate or plough (not sure which) it back in to the ground now or leave it over the winter?
All suggestions gratefully recieved!

You can do either. You can cultivate it right away, or it will overwinter if you leave it til spring.

The realistic thing would be to wait until spring

Thank you, Spring it is!

Till it under after it pops up. You don't have to wait for it to mature

BTW if you're playing Precision Farming OSR is completely useless. Better to sow grass and take a cut off that before you till it in.
