Thinking of creating a mod... ?

I work for a small trailer manufacturer and am currently modeling our 48' hotshot gooseneck in Blender for blueprints, website animations, etc. Is it possible for me to create a mod for FS22 modhub? Will they even accept a small brand trailer as a mod, or would I have to release it outside of modhub? Just curious if it would be worth my time. It sounds like a fun project.

Could always release it as a Lizard
Or try to get permission from the company.
I’m no help on the actual modding front

If you're releasing it on all platforms, you'll need to make it Lizard, and you can't make it a private brand (ex: NMC, 82s, etc) due to GIANTS Policies.

OK, thanks. If I do go ahead with it I'll probably just release it outside of modhub so it can be branded. I saw a few other trailer manufacturers do it that way.

You could release it branded on MobHub but for PC only.

For PC and console release you'd need your employer to agree and get in touch with GIANTS before it is released. Simple written confirmation on their part ought to be enough if they are keen.

I would try and push for this to be branded! How cool is that? :)
Contact Giants, talk to your boss, let them sit down and discuss.

Worst case, you can release it as Lizard for consoles and the real brand for PC. :)
