Wheel Aito Centering

I am playing on Xbox series x with a Thrustmaster tx leather wheel and since the game came out, my wheel has been really smooth and not auto centering but now I start the game, my wheel is really stiff and auto centres, is there a way to change this back or am I stuck with stiff steering now because it feels horrible?
