Maybe not in a retail store, but I regularly handled 10 or even 15L bottle/cans of canola oil when I used to work extra in restaurants.

I've not used the production chains in game, but if the next step for canola oil production is restaurant or food factory, that size of package is not strange.

That's what my math comes to too. 900 kg ÷ 96 = 9.375 kg per bottle which 1 gallon = 3.79 kg, so then 9.375 ÷ 3.79 = 2.47 gallons per bottle.

Except the specific gravity of canola oil is about 0.91, so one US gallon of of canola oil weighs approx 3.44 kg. But it is still in the ballpark of what the game is suggesting.

well, here in brazil, we use litters, and I never seen a bottle of oil more than 900ml (which is the standard), but certainly they have an "economic" version of it, maybe I never noticed them.
anyways, the lack of something for comparision on the game made me missview the bottles, but yet, they arent bigger than a 3L coca cola bottle LEWL

Agreed, but the large jugs are usually 2.5 gallons, you can’t tell me you’ve never seen the pallets of oil during thanksgiving haha I also want to point out that this entire production chain is ridiculous. From cakes to canola oil this was a terrible way to go with production chains in a farming game

Agreed, same with beet pulp and potato waste could have used them for animal feed or land application. Could have revamped the animal system and the contract systems. Same with the new dlc, forget the boat try things like power poles so you have a reason to cut long straight timber
