Giants' Americana Decor

I see a lot of farming reels on my FB stream now that I'm getting back into FS. I wasnt here for the onset of FS19 and the American map with all the run down farm houses. I wonder though, why did Giants stop short of putting tires on the Silo Bunker Tarps.
