Has anybody had alot of frame rate issues on this map? Particularly around the main farm. Like it's so bad to where it's like I'm moving in slow motion. Thinking it could be all the trees.

Not played it myself, what happens if you try a fresh save with no mods installed.

Is it only the first time after each loading, until you've walked over the whole thing once and all the assets are loaded, or is it like that all the time every time? I have found on some 4x maps they are quite choppy for a few minutes each time I start until all the assets are loaded, and then the framerate substantially improves after that.

Usually it will get better after I have walked around the area, but sometimes that doesn't fix it either.
