Is there a mod that allows you to cut grass without leaving anything behind?

Mulching does what you're looking for. 82s mower pack, you can change it to mulch and it won't leave and grass windrows

In addition to the ones mentioned above, BlackSheep Modding's HX20 configured as a mulcher and DD ModPassion's Forigo DT25 configured as a mulcher are two that come to mind if you're looking for larger, tractor-mounted mowers. I'm sure there are others.
FS22 is the best one yet. Fight me!

John deere batwing mower has the mulch option as well
