Everything worked good until the game updated with the Kubota DLC. Upon discovering that I had to redownload all my mods everything was going smooth on my XBOX series X and on the other hand I was not able to download any mods on my series S due to a lack of disk space. I have a few friends with Series S’s that have had no issues. Attached are screenshots from my series X with all mods installed and the series S with only 3 DLC’s and 0% of 78.77MB…. Why is the disk space so small on the series S now after the latest update and what is a possible remedy?

Re: Disk Space issue
I think this is because of the way the new modspace on xbox is being calculated?
Not a console player/user myself, so I recommend you listen to the latest podcast [episode 21), where they talk quite a bit about the modspace on xbox

Re: Disk Space issue
Idk because here is what I’ve discovered.
Xbox series X I have a total of 3,901.66MB of disk space
Xbox series S is showing a total of 78.77MB
And my friends Xbox series S is showing an outstanding 8,169.65MB
Literally makes no sense to me and before the kubota update my series S had sufficient disk space for all mods run on my server and now it makes so low I cannot download hardly anything.
And how is a series S double the disk space of a series X?
So many questions, I have contacted giants but haven’t heard back from them.

Re: Disk Space issue
Hmmm, tried a reboot of the Xbox? Sounds more like it's a possible issue with that

Re: Disk Space issue
Tried that as well as a good uninstall and reinstall
Re: Disk Space issue
Hmmm, then I'm afraid I'm out of ideas.
As I said, not a console guy, so have no experience and can only repeat what I pick up from others as problems are discussed.
But please update this tread when you get it sorted with the solution if you don't mind, that way it can be used for helping other further down the road

Re: Disk Space issue
Clear your cache, turn xbox off. Unplug power for a minute. Plug back in.
Also you still got 8gb, the space will go up and up with each download. So you can get to 8gb no problem.

Re: Disk Space issue
Well I did this on the series S and the problem has been resolved.
After this worked I figured let’s try it in the series X to see what happens and my disk space went down from 3900 to 2853. So now my disk space is at 85% instead of 61%. Smh

Don't worry about it, you still got 8gb.
But has xbox series x a different clear cache thing or? Try to Google it, maybe it helps
