Hello. I am new here but just wanted to make you aware of an issue saving the game as a standard Windows user.
If your folder C:\uses\{username}\Documents\My Games is being backed up to OneDrive there is a potential for the saved games folder to be corrupted.
What resolved this issue for me was to stop syncing my Documents Folder to OneDrive, running a CHKDSK Command, deleting the corrupted Saved Games Folder and uninstalling and reinstalling FS19.

Just came across this post while searching for the same problem.
One solution I came up with that seems to work is to pause syncing in OneDrive while playing the game.
That has worked for me, its just a hassle that it needs to be done.
