I'm also running a G27 - and before the update/patch I had no problems (other than I had to open up the settings box before it remembered that I had set the return spring settings to 10% instead of 100%)
But after the update I can only turn 180 degrees instead of 900..

I tried to do this and it worked, I could turn 900 degrees in the game again.
But.. After a good nights sleep, I turned on the computer, and my steering wheel return spring was back 100% - and without the software I couldn't change the settings... God damn it!! So now I have downloaded the software again, and can only turn 180 degrees in game.. Back to square one...

Anyone with a bit more knowledge that can help???

Are you using the Logitech Gaming Software (https://support.logitech.com/en_us/prod ... /downloads)? I'm running with a G920, with that software/driver and it's been working fine.

Some various steps I had to try to get it to the "working fine" state:

Try swapping the USB port you have the wheel plugged into.

On my old PC (back in FS17 days), if I plugged it into my USB 3.0 port, the Logitech Gaming Software didn't update the wheel properly, but a USB 2.0 port worked fine.

On my new PC (FS19), it works correctly with USB 3.0 ports, but not USB 2.0 ports.

For reference, my steering wheel config in Logitech Gaming Software (the config at the top of the wheel diagram) is set to:
Sensitivity: 50%
Wheel Operating Range: 720 Degrees
<Checked> Enable Centering Spring in Force Feedback Games
Centering Spring Strength: 2%

These settings seem to work fine for me in FS19 1.1.3. Of course, different hardware setups may yield different results.

Final thought, I run the game in windowed mode because I alt-tab to talk on DMs a bunch, and in fullscreen mode it resets the centering wheel strength to 100% when you alt-tab back in. In Windowed mode, it restores the centering wheel strength to the configuration value.
