FS2019 win digital installation problem

hello, I download the FS19 digital version for windows, unzip the file and open the .exe file but after the first step, it's not working and telling me that some file are missing. do someone had the same issue and can help me please?

what files is it saying it is missing? Did you purchase through steam or direct from Giants? Reason I ask is because the direct download from Giants is downloaded as an .iso file that can be mounted to a virtual drive for installation, and the Steam version just installs via Steam.

Hi, Yes purchase from giant but the file arrive not in .iso but in .zip...
I am going to try to download it again. Thanks!!

when download a zip File, you have to unpack in one new Folder on Desktop.
So all files of ZIP has to be in new Folder.
Than Start Exe and install should be run.
