Game start also with buildings | Placement despite blocking

Hey,
does any of you have an idea how I can start with buildings in the middle and most difficult level? I would like to have the buildings, because I like to play it on the most difficult level.

Another thing that is part of it.
I always have the problem that I can not place the farmhouse at the point where it should be from the map itself. The edge of land cultivation blocked with the road and the tree.
Do you have for this a general solution? A mod or maybe I can disable that via a command.
