Felsbrunn Field 23 Hired Worker stops (PS4 at least)

I had a couple of workers cultivating this field (working North South) on PS4 (haven’t tried it on Xbox). About a quarter of the way from the right hand edge, the worker had the finished message. I manually cultivated the next row and hired another worker. No further issues.

I had a similar problem on field 6 Feslbrunn worker was harvesting south to north on the western edge ( the longest edge on field 6) it stoped about 2/3 the way turned around and started the next row going north to south, the rest of the field it worked normally going all the way up and down the field. I was playing on Xbox one.
