Cant install patch 1.1.3

Hi if any one can help I bought farming simulator 2019 through Microsoft Origins when I load the game up it says there is any update 1.1.3 I clicked on the message it takes me too Giants website two down load the patch I download it then when I click to install it it says farming simulator 17 not installed but I click to down load the patch for 19 not 17 has anyone had this issue and knows how to Fix-It thanks
