Patch Install

Okay, I got all new PC hardware and moved FS19 to a new hardrive Z:

I have downloaded the new patch and put it on that new Z drive.

When I run it there is no option to direct the patch install and it automatically tries to install to C drive.

C is reserved for my OS as it is a SSD.

How do I get the patch to install where it needs to be?

The Moving of FS is the death of it.
Dont move some of it, while the path in Registry will not change with that moving.

So the Best solution is the backup of Savegames and mods, on USB Stick
than delete the complete installation of FS, restart the PC.
unplug all external Devices as Gamepad, Wheel or pedals, Joystick or anything else. Only Mouse and Keyboard for first Run of FS.
Install the FS in manually as Administrator and on Drive Z
Than restart again, install as Adminstrator the actual Patch.
than again new start.
