Hi, yes I also think that problem is with the IP address. We need to somehow run FS19 server with public ip address or domain name.
:gamer: FS22 Seasons is great! First time a was able to past winter.

To fix the problem with the public ip:

Please give us a optional key to define Server URL or IP adress in XML Server setting file!
