Game crashing when saving in paused mode ...

Since the latest patch my game crashes if I save it when the game is in pause mode.
It seems to be saved though ... so no real harm done except I need to "force quit" and start again.

I end up stuck with this ... (game is running in the background so it´s not "freezing" everything up).



Any one else having this?

To reproduce ...

Press pause / enter menu / save / exit menu = "crash"
