Multiplayer Connection Issues

While playing online multiplayer on PS4, randomly I will be kicked from the server with the comments "Lost connection to game". What would be causing this issue?
I am not hosting the game with decent internet connection every time it has occurred. Accasionly, the individual hosting the game has the same issue. It happens at random times; maybe half an hour into gameplay and as quick as five minutes. The PS4 has everything updated, as well as the game, and multiple mods are being used.
