Veichle lights

Hi Giants,

In FS19 when shutting of the engine on a veichle you cannot turn on/off the lights, you could in FS17. Is this supposed to be like this?

For me, and maybe some others, the beacons as well as other lights do not have a glow. In FS17 however, they do. Does anyone know how to solve this issue?
