John Deere Gator missing on xbox one x ?

I had it installed, confirmed via the xbox store and my game library, I was prompted when I loaded the game to update the Gator and Mahindra.

But now in the modhub and when I load a save game...it's missing ?, my game save even warns me the Gator is missing, but it's not anywhere in the game.
