Graf problem

Hi i have problem with something like a big circle. I'm in the center and this what is realy on fields i see only outside of this circle. this what is inside is what were before.(for example: after harvest i waited and have new small plants on all field but when i stand on field i see around me harvested field and outside of circle i see new plants) when i move circle moves and new objects shows. i have new graf updates but didnt help.
