Marwell Manor Farm - no buildings

Hello,

I've just installed Marwell Manor Farm on my machine, excited to play it but there are no farm buildings at the spawn point. From what I can see from videos and the screenshots there should be a farm house, cow shed, other sheds etc but it's just an empty space. Is this means to be the case?
