product key lost

How long does it take for giants to reply to mails. as I had my product key left in a mail. and forgot to copy it. but have now deleted all my mails. so I sent info to giants with proof of my purchase so they can resend key. but not heard anything

They usually respond withing 3 working days.
I assume people don't use Seasons, unless they say otherwise.

Oh ok as it was just saturday 9th I sent mail. so I guess it will be probabaly about 13th I hear from them
