Unable to connect to server

Hello everyone,

Been enjoying playing FS in single player and wanted to try multiplayer but I can't get past the connection screen. I click Join Game -> Create Character -> then get "No connection could be established to the server." My log says "Warning: Couldn't reach front server for public key." I have tried turning the fire wall off, restarted both router and computer and tried port forwarding. I am not using a dedicated server, I can't even see the list of servers to join.

Hi all,

Just in case anyone else is having this issue, the following solution was provided to me by Giants and has worked:
1. Open Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge (do not use any other browser!) and visit the following website: https://letsencrypt.org
2. Close the browser immediately and start the game.

Worked straight away and have been able to play multiplayer since with no hassles.
