freezing animals

Hello,
maybe this problem is know allready but i couldn't find anything about it.

I'm working on a map and create my own animal set ups in the map.
All is working but when i have animals they freeze from time to time.
I just can stand next to them ,change my view angle and they freeze.
I trying to find the problem for weeks now and i thought it would maybe be fixed with the new patch, but still the same.
I'm not the only one having this problem.
So it would be nice if anyone can reach out with a solution for this.
There's no error or warning in the log , the log is clean.
