object could not be purchased

When I try to place my Large cow pasture the game says "object could not be purchased" I have flatten the land and the area is more than enough to place this object, Is this a known bug or why does the game do this?

I have run into this before. It is usually caused by either being two close to another object. Also try raising or lowering the object as you try and place it using (ithink ) left ctrl Q and E (on pc). Object placement is very picky. The PlaceAnywhere mod may help.

Also some times it helps to quit the game and restart the game/server.
