Radeon rx470 4gb

I am sure someone in this community is using this card. I am having a hard time adjusting the settings for the game (fs17/fs19) I was previously running a evga GT 710 2gb ddr5 memory running at medium setting, and it worked great. But with this card all I am having is trouble. In fs17 at high or very high it wants to lockup. In fs19 at very high it lags or skips. These are my settings and hardware. Any comments would be helpful.

According to your log.txt the driver for the graphics card is quite old:
