How to increase the number of animal facilities?

The number of multiplayer animal facilities is only 10 animal facilities in total!
How will I be able to make all multiplayer players get more than one type of different animal facility, out of a total of 10 pet facilities?
How can I increase the number of facilities for animals over 10?
For example, if there are 6 players and each one wants to have two types of animals, it will not be possible since the number of installations will be 12 and the maximum allowed is 10.
