Shader model 3.0

Hi FS community!
I have trouble with shader model 3.0, after updating from windows 8.1 to windows 10.
I updated graphic drivers and that isn't solution I think(I also did clear installation). Before updating fs was working well on stable 60 fps. I also tried to change in game.xml from D3D_11 to D3D_10/12 but it makes a lot of frame drops to 20-30 fps(thats not for me...) also tried to run game from x64 still without any effects...

i5 4590s
gtx 750 ti
8 gb ram
