Game Loads But Cant Work

Yesterday I was playing on Lone Oak and everything was fine. After a couple of hours, I came back to play and the game loads fine. I start in the house but the map does not show nor does the help menu. I cannot walk or look around but can tab to different equipment. Some start, wheels turn on those that start but cannot move them either. Also, nothing pops up in the equipment either. I was wondering if there is a way to fix this or if I have to cut my losses and restart my whole farm. Playing on Xbox One. I tried to see if making the game multiplayer would fix it, but nothing works still and nothing shows up. If I open the map on both and hit the right stick to buy/sell land then click back, all the field numbers disappear.
